Global Farm’s mission in the food industry is to supply our customers with highest quality every time they open up a container of our brands of products. We are determined to ship quality products through monitoring the planting, harvesting and processing of the raw materials to the presentation of finished goods in a timely and efficient manner.
We take a great deal of interest and efficient uses of our resources to supply our customers with the very best products. We have programs in place to assure our customers that the products process points are safe, healthy and extra efforts are made to identify and control any “microbial hazards” that may be associated with the processing of fresh products by:
Monitoring the entire production process from planting to consumption. Developing and advocating guidelines for best management practices to control microbial hazards. These activities along with HACCP implementation enables us with the highest standard of quality products.
Global Farms began its operation in 1990 and started its first garlic plantation in the Kern County, California which was then followed by garlic plantation, packaging and peeling in other counties and countries.
Global Farms is the sole distributor and exporter of garlic produced by “Productores de Ajo de Rincon de Romos” in central Mexico. Productores is a cooperative of many devoted and self-disciplined generations of garlic growers who have been close associates of the Late Mr. Joseph Gubser (Mr. Garlic). They have benefited from the knowledge and experiences of Mr. Gubser during his decades of garlic plantation in California and in Mexico.
As a major supplier of garlic, ginger and shallots and vacuum packed line of products to the national chain-stores, wholesalers and food processing companies in the U.S., we can ship these products either in fresh peeled, vacuum peeled or roasted in variety of cuts (diced, puree, crushed, minced) based on your companies specific requirements.
